Chef Takara, who has worked at restaurants in Okinawa Prefecture, transforms carefully selected ingredients, mainly Okinawan ingredients, into brilliant Italian cuisine. The pasta "Cacio e Pepe," made with Ishigaki Island island pepper and organic pepper from Sri Lanka, is a delicacy that reflects Mr. Takara's taste. It is simple, but you will enjoy the richness of the cheese and the freshness of the two kinds of pepper. The restaurant can accommodate up to 80 people, making it one of the largest in the prefecture, and is also available for parties. Many staff members have honed their expertise at restaurants in Tokyo, ensuring impeccable service for business dinners and special occasions.
