[Date-dori Chicken] features its nice chewy texture and well-balanced savory taste. Their [Kashiwa (Japanese chicken)] uses its thigh and breast on one skewer, to offer different savoriness at once. It is simply seasoned to bring out the original savory taste of the ingredient.
