The chef has ensured exceptional rice is used, having traveled to where it is produced himself, observing the process right up until harvest. Aside from these high-quality ingredients, the wide range of alcohol, which includes wine and sake, allows you to be able to enjoy a drink menu that changes with the seasons. The renovated interior of the 120-year-old traditional Kyoto townhouse has an elegant Japanese ambience. Two seating types are available to suit customers' needs: counter seats where one can enjoy the food being prepared right before them, and private Japanese tatami rooms with a special and inviting atmosphere.
