BAR&CAFE YUI_Shingo Kanda

Mr. Kanda was born in 1983 in Oita. His father was a chef who ran his own local dining bar. Though he wasn't interested in the dining industry at first, he was eventually attracted to a career involving cuisine and alcohol. He then moved to Tokyo to start working as a bartender. After joining a bar in Shinjuku, he began his career in earnest. He became the head of BAR&CAFE YUI, opened in 2020, after polishing his skills at his former bar.
