Growing up watching his father work, Mr. Tokita chose the path of the chef.
Mr. Tokita is a native of Tochigi. Because his family ran a restaurant, he has been involved in food since early childhood. Growing up watching his father, who satisfied many guests as chef, he experienced a strong desire to cook wonderful food himself, and began serious efforts to make his own cuisine. He currently works at YAKINIKU KEYAKI NINGYOCHO, showing his skills as a chef. He satisfies his guests with his delicious food, while valuing what made him want to become a chef in the first place.
