Sosaku Ryori Matsu

A Bite of Goldfish is served with tuna, snow crab, and salmon roe in the shape of a goldfish. A Mouthful of Bliss features Sendai beef, sea urchin, and caviar with tobikko (flying fish roe) and couscous as accents. The two appetizers add a touch of elegance to the beginning of the meal.

It is a dish that uses plenty of fresh seasonal fish. You can enjoy a variety of tastes to the fullest. With prior requests, it is possible to order preferred fish and seafood such as crab, Japanese lobster, and blowfish. Reservations are required at least two days in advance.

Beef tongue, which has been kelp-cured for three days, is grilled inside salt in thick slices. The meat is cooked slowly so that the inside is plump and fluffy. Beef tongue infused with the flavor of kelp is an exquisite dish with enhanced taste.
