Mr. Otake is proud that he has more passion and commitment to meat than anyone else.

After about 10 years of training at his grandfather's butcher shop, he opened Yakiniku Arashi in October 2021. Currently, in addition to managing a wholesale meat distributor, he also serves as manager of Yakiniku Arashi. The all-you-can-eat A5-ranked Wagyu beef comes from strict quality control and careful sourcing, drawing on his extensive experience in the butcher shop.
