Standard course includes signature dishes such as Chateaubriand cutlet sandwich, Wagyu Steak, and shabu-shabu with seasonal vegetables, Branded Japanese beef such as Kobe beef and Yonezawa beef, as well as using seasonal seafood and vegetables, and includes rice and dessert for the final course of around 11 dishes. This is our most popular course and is recommended for those who wish to enjoy the best Japanese beef. Reservations must be made at least one day in advance.

This special course includes around 13 dishes, including a dish of rare Kobe beef and a Japanese dish made with an abundance of seasonal, high-quality ingredients.

This luxurious course includes around 13 dishes, including rice and dessert, and features Japanese beef dishes made with plenty of rare Kobe beef and other Japanese cuisine made with carefully selected seasonal high-quality ingredients from all over Japan. In early autumn, you can enjoy a dish made with matsutake mushrooms from Nagano Prefecture and black abalone from Chiba Prefecture. Reservations must be made at least two days in advance.
