We offer sashimi and nigiri using branded wagyu beef purchased directly from producers across the country such as Kobe, Matsusaka, steaks slowly cooked over Kishu Bincho charcoal, and shabu-shabu and sukiyaki to maximize the appeal of wagyu beef. This is an omakase course of around 11 dishes, including rice and dessert, which combines the best of the best and the seasonal ingredients from the mountains and sea. - Additional charges apply for additional orders.

Hadate's Sea urchin is most famous sea urchin in Japan. This course is 13 dishes, and is made using branded Japanese beef directly sourced from producers,such as Kobe,Matsusaka,and Yonezawa,such as steaks and shabu-shabu slowly cooked over Japanese charcoal,with dishes using seasonal ingredients from the mountains and sea.
