Mr. Ishizaki is a native of Hiroshima Prefecture. What inspired him to pursue a career as a chef was the influence of his parents, who were always a part of his life from an early age. Influenced by his parents, he developed an interest in the world of food and chose to pursue a career as a chef. He has gained experience in a wide range of culinary genres, including Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine and has honed his skills as a chef while working with various techniques and ingredients. He values continuous growth by leveraging the experience he has accumulated over the years while refusing to settle for the status quo, consistently pursuing and refining his culinary skills every day.
