The restaurant prides itself on its Japanese cuisine, which uses plenty of seasonal ingredients. Fresh seafood purchased from Toyosu is used generously, allowing diners to enjoy the flavors of the four seasons.

The soba at the end of the course is especially recommended. Depending on the course, you can choose either Nihachi Soba (80% buckwheat flour, 20% wheat flour) or Juwari Soba (100% buckwheat flour). The soba noodles handmade by soba chefs at the restaurant daily have an exceptional aroma and texture.
