Muroran, located at the south-west part of Hokkaido, has originally developed as a town of steel industry, and there has been no image of a town of sightseeing. However, the "city of steel" Muroran is becoming one of the hottest sightseeing spots in Hokkaido. The reason is the dolphin & whale watching held between May and August. During the 2.5 hours cruise off Muroran, you will observe marine organisms and see dolphins with a high probability.
