Area Map

Ritsurin Park, which took a hundred years to complete the construction, provides various patterns of landscapes. Green trees and blue sky are reflected on the surface of the pond, the hue of the landscape changes by time and weather. Many visitors are attracted by the beautiful landscape that changes like a kaleidoscope. Kikugetsu-tei is a sukiya-style tea house - a Japanese style building with an alcove and tatami rooms. The tea house is famous for beautiful moon viewing. A cup of Japanese tea is served there, so you can enjoy a beauty of Japanese landscape while tasting the green tea. The boat service is also available at Nanko, Southern Lake, and you can see the garden landscape from the same spot where the landlords used to enjoy in ancient days.
