The chef is always pursuing the best taste of conger eel, using his expert skills of selection and bone-cutting. One of the recommendations is the "Skewer Set," a well-balanced assortment of fish, vegetable, and meat skewers. The skewers go perfectly with the Shochu "Osumi" (Japanese alcohol).
