Kyoshoku Fuji-ya

Ten different types of delicious seafood that have just been caught and are therefore of a high level of freshness. At Fuji-ya, we have created a place where luxurious food is served. This is a dish unique to Fuji-ya and we are tremendously proud of it.

We often use uncommon vegetables such as taro stem. We cook the ingredients just the right amount to preserve their original flavor and texture. This dish is highly recommended.

We have pickles overflowing with originality, for example things that have been pickled with yoghurt and miso, shuto (pickled fish entrails), all served with piping hot rice.
