Boiled for five hours in nothing but sake, water, and abalone extract, this dish is soft and tender. Liver pickled in soy sauce pairs perfectly with sake.
Enjoy our "Eggs" as a dessert, too. Made with a surimi (minced fish paste) of tilefish for an enticing sweetness.
