Ramen Made with Fresh Hokkaido Ingredients

Known as the king of edible wild plants of Hokkaido, garlic chive or alpine leeks(gyoja ninnniku), contain allyl sulfide also found in garlic and leeks. These are fried with minced pork and poached eggs and served on the ramen. Eating them has a rejuvenating effect. Quality noodles are produced exclusively using wheat from Hokkaido. The noodles are made with an original blend of the Hokushin, Kita No Kaori and Yumechikara brands. The defining characteristic is its satisfying al dente texture. We value ichigo ichie (each meeting is special and will never occur again). It is a philosophy that is integral to the Japanese tea ceremony founded by Sen no Rikyu, in times of war. This translates to a striving to treat each and every bowl of Ramen and each and every customer with respect.
