Tofu is one of our specialties, which we make in our kitchen every day. The flavor of the soy milk varies depending on the day, which is why we carefully adjust the amount of nigari (bitter flavoring) we add to make the tofu taste how it should be every time. Ingredients change with the season, so we don't have anything that we consider to be "our must eat," but we do take care to bring out the best out of our ingredients so that our customers can enjoy them not only by sight but also by smell and taste. We always "cook good food with good ingredients." It all comes down to using the ingredients we have on hand and preparing it the best way possible, so that the customer enjoys what we have prepared. We only have private rooms, thus your party can enjoy dinner and drinks without any reserves.
