It opened in December 2018 as the second Japanese branch of the prestigious steakhouse with its flagship restaurant in New York. In addition to USDA-certified "prime beef", it offers a wide variety of carefully selected ingredients, including Kyoto-produced Japanese Black and fresh seafood, available only at the Kyoto Branch.
