Born in Fukushima Prefecture in 1975. After graduating from high school, he casually enrolled in a culinary school in Tokyo. While studying cooking, he solidified his desire to become a chef. After graduation, he gained experience at Japanese restaurants and hotels, and at the age of 30, he joined a major group company that operates many restaurants. For 13 years, he not only honed his cooking skills but also excelled in product development as the store manager. In 2020, through a connection with the current company president, he became a chef at [Private Room x Seasonal Vegetable Izakaya Totoro Sendai Ichibancho Store], where he remains today.
