[Chuck flap], rare shoulder loin cut, has an exquisite balance of beautiful marbles and red meat. It is served as sukiyaki (hot pot stew) style, with egg yolk of [Awasodachi] (a brand egg), a chicken brand fed with Tokushima's local ingredients. Served with a small amount of rice, that you can enjoy wrapped with meat, or as TKG (raw egg on rice).

You can try two different flavors with one dish: "Zabuton Sukiyaki with Tokushima Prefecture Awasodachi and a bite of rice"

This sukiyaki-style dish is made with "Zabuton," a rare cut of shoulder loin with an excellent balance of fat and lean meat, and egg yolk from "Awasodachi," a breed of chicken raised on Tokushima's specialty feed. It is served with bite-sized rice that can be wrapped around the meat or used for egg-topping rice.
