"Kamiya Shoten" offers the legendary "God's Tongue" and the exquisitely flavored "God's Skirt Steak." The menu also includes Chateaubriand made from specially selected brand Wagyu beef, Kobe beef sirloin that has been fattened for a long period of time to perfect its sweetness and rich fat, and rib roast with a distinctively rich flavor.
Each cut has a different taste and texture, and the seasoning brings out the depth of the meat.
