Yakiniku Botanen, established in Kobe in 1951, is now located a 9-minute walk from the Matsumoto Station, adjacent to FM Nagano along Prefectural Road 297. It offers exquisite yakiniku with thorough attention to grade, such as Kobe beef of refined flavor, carefully selected A4 and A5 grade black Japanese beef, horumon (offal meat), and pork from Shinshu. The restaurant's interior has a warm atmosphere based on white and wood grain. Soothing jazz background music plays, creating calmness and luxury. Seating capacity is 30 in total: 12 at tables, 12 at the sunken kotatsu, and 6 at the counter. The restaurant is managed by a mother-and-son duo, the second and third-generation owners, providing a homey feel where guests can relax and savor delicious yakiniku. It is a stylish and sophisticated new type of yakiniku restaurant that provides a relaxing and comfortable dining experience.
