Enjoy the ultimate Tonkatsu Curry in a restaurant with Jazz music playing!
The name "Coltrane" reflects the desire to create a curry restaurant that, like John Coltrane, a tenor saxophone player and a giant star of Jazz who left numerous famous recordings, will have the same taste tomorrow, months or years from now, and bring back memories. Its curry is arranged to match the Tonkatsu (fried pork cutlet) based on the European-style sweet and spicy curry of Osaka curry culture. The Tonkatsu is made from thick Sangen pork, with two types of pork cutlets available: filet and loin. The restaurant hopes to be "one to remember" for you.
