Its concept is "to provide a full taste of Matsusakagyu purchased from a whole cow." The company buys directly from a single head of Matsusakagyu raised on its contract farm, "Matsusaka Beef Village Ocean Farm." Then, it butchers the beef at its own butcher shop, allowing customers to enjoy a variety of rare parts of the beef. The restaurant's interior is an 80-year-old renovated machiya with an air of history that only a machiya can provide. There are various types of private rooms available, including purely Japanese-style rooms. Forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy the finest Matsusakagyu and the Kyoto machiya setting for an exquisite moment.
