Unique grilling methods and tare sauce are thoroughly selected to serve the best red meat flavors and tastes. Large pieces of red meat marinated in sauce, quickly cooked and cut into bite-size pieces with just the right amount of rare texture and served. Wagyu Shabu-shabu with White Miso and Beef Bouillon - Enchanted by its dramatic deliciousness.

It is a superb dish for both taste and presentation. The beef bouillon is poured over the beautifully arranged meat like a flower, and the shabu-shabu-style dish is completed right before you. The secret ingredient, white miso, adds a mellow and comforting taste.
