Opening the warm, wooden door reveals an extraordinary space that makes you forget the bustle outside. Here, you can savor modern French cuisine prepared by Chef Emi, who has experience at three-star restaurants in France. While preserving traditional techniques, he incorporates Japanese ingredients and his own unique ideas, creating elaborate dishes. The course, which begins with a seasonal amuse-bouche (appetizer), is renewed every two months. A pairing plan is also available, allowing you to enjoy fine drinks and gastronomy to your heart's content.
