- I am an Italian chef who is a brother of Izawa, a pastry chef who worked together in France. That's why I started to go there a lot, but the chef was originally working only at the restaurant and the basics are so solid that anyone can take them with peace of mind. Even foods that you eat in ordinary trattoria are very tasty and time-consuming. I always say what I want to eat, but I also like the high degree of perfection as a store where I can coordinate with the service Mr. Yonezu and do well.
