It is a long-established French restaurant in Kobe. I like the attitude of chef Okawa who works in the open kitchen. It is silent, but the idea of "providing good things" is transmitted. Every single dish is outstandingly delicious. The seasonal appetizer, “A vegetable field and a plate of seafood,” was great, and the “soup” was also delicious.
