A well-known Western restaurant in Kyoto, it's hard to get a reservation. “Hamburg” and other meat dishes have a good reputation, and my recommendation is “Pig Leg Garret”. I don't think there is any other dish that takes advantage of the taste of pork legs so far. It's a store that you should go even if you wait for a month.
