Enjoy our specialty [Dashi Shabu (sliced meat and vegetables parboiled in a broth)] using seasonal vegetables, sweet and tender [Kyoto Pork] which is a brand pork from Kyoto prefecture, and [Omi Beef] which is one of the three major Japanese beef. Our [broth] with an abundance of savory tastes is made with domestic kelp, dried bonito, and dried sardines. This carefully-prepared broth brings out the original savory tastes of the ingredients. Also, enjoy [Kyoto Kaiseki (traditional Japanese cuisine)] with seasonal Kyoto Vegetables and fresh seafood, cooked with the skillful techniques of our chef, as well as [Omi Beef Steak] and [Sukiyaki (hot pot stew)]. The outside of our restaurant is mainly in black to fit in the town of Kyoto, and the inside spreading behind the entrance door is a space with a relaxing yet elegant atmosphere, using natural woods and silver leaf. All seats have views of two courtyards. Private rooms are also available where you can relax and enjoy our exquisite dishes.
