Mr. Kawai was born and raised in Osaka. Motivated by a competitive cooking show he watched on TV, he began his culinary journey, tirelessly pursuing his dream of becoming a chef. He began exploring cuisine in Italy and then developed an interest in food and local cuisine across Japan. He now provides ingredients and cooking methods that will impress customers in the moment.
