GIN CAFE offers delicious mocktails (non-alcoholic cocktails) and low-alcohol cocktails in a stylish gallery-like space. It opened in the spring of 2024 in Kyu-Karuizawa as the second store of LOW-NON-BAR in Akihabara, Kanda. The concept is that "people who like to drink and people who are not fond of alcohol can enjoy together." A recommendation is the "0% Gin & Tonic" made with "GINNIE," a recipe supervised and developed by LOW-NON-BAR. Also, you will be impressed by the deep flavors of mocktails such as the "LOW-NON-BAR," a drink that was named after the bar, which is also a lovely visual. The food menu features creative Italian cuisine with Shinshu beef steak as the main. Come and experience a new world in a sophisticated and relaxing atmosphere.
