Miracle Yukiya is located close to Niseko station with magnificent nature. Inside, the restaurant reminds us of a good old Japanese house and has a relaxing atmosphere. Its specialty is a number of dishes made from sprouted brown rice or rice noodles produced in a factory on its grounds. They have gluten-free / daily-free menus, and everybody can enjoy the dishes at the same table regardless of their constitution, religion, or belief. You can't miss soybeans or brown rice, which are more nutritious thanks to "germination," or wild duck meat raised with integrated rice and duck farming. Take-out is available for Halal-certified chicken or sweets made from rice flour. To protect food safety, "bringing wheat or dairy products is prohibited" on its grounds. The restaurant makes every guest smile.
