MOSS okinawa offers creative specialties based on a concept that incorporates the heart of Japan and Okinawa with French cuisine techniques. Its unique taste and world view are provided by "Kiln-fired French." Okinawan products and ingredients from all over Japan are grilled in a stone kiln at 500 degrees Celsius. Various elements such as Japanese, Okinawan, spices, and medicinal herbs are incorporated and arranged into the course menu. A selection of drinks is also available for pairing. The restaurant is a stylish space with a chef's counter with 12 seats. The special atmosphere and the spectacular cuisine will satisfy both your stomach and your mind in a relaxing mood.
