He was born in Nagoya, Aichi prefecture on December 19, 1965. When he was a school boy, he realized excellent taste of his mother's cooking. It made him become a professional chef. He was trained in restaurants in [(former) International Sightseeing Hotel Nagoya Castle], [Nagoya Sightseeing Hotel], [Owari Hot Spring Hotel] and [Chunichi Dragons Shoryukan]. After that, he moved to [Yamatora] on March 2016.

After that, he spent 12 years being a company employee in a different business before deciding to come back to Kisuke because of the restaurant's unforgettable taste. Another big reason for his return was the great character of the former ex-president and his encounter with the current president of the company. Later, he moved to [Trattoria MIKITA], and became a chef at the main restaurant for 4 years. Building up sufficient experience, he travelled to Italy. He has been working for more than 20 years exclusively for cooking [deep-fried skewers] using seasonal ingredients, currently as a chef and the manager. He carefully prepares skewers one by one focusing on making a good balance between the ingredient and batter, while keeping the oil fresh for frying skewers. He keeps offering just-cooked hot skewers fried with exquisite timing to bring out the original savory taste of the ingredients with a crispy texture.

He was born on July 3, 1980, in Saitama. His father operated a Chinese restaurant, and his mother helped in the store. Mr. Takeuchi, along with his mother, spent his childhood in the kitchen, so it came as natural for him to enroll in a culinary school. He trained at restaurants in Ginza, Roppongi, and Ebisu for 15 years, thinking he would someday take over his father's restaurant. Mr. Kirimura was born in December of 1980 and grew up in Oita Prefecture. His family ran a yakiniku (grilled meat) restaurant during his childhood, which offered him a chance to learn about butchering and meat preparation. He took his first genuine steps to becoming a chef as a way to carry on the characteristic flavors of authentic Korean dishes like kimchi and namul. Mr. Tani was born in 1983 in Kumano, Hiroshima. While studying at a medical university, he felt that "eating and drinking have the power to energize people" and began to consider running a restaurant in the future.
