We have prepared a full course meal using soft-shelled turtle, which is packed with nutrients such as fatigue recovery and beauty benefits.

Starting with fresh soft-shelled turtle blood and an appetizer, we offer a total of nine dishes, including chawanmushi, seasonal sashimi, grilled and fried dishes, hot pot dishes, rice porridge, and desserts.
