This is the restaurant's signature dish. The ingredients are carefully selected from fresh fish directly sourced from Sado Island in Niigata Prefecture and seasonal vegetables, showcasing the deliciousness of seasonal fish. The presentation of pouring the bouillabaisse soup, made from the same fish bones, right in front of the guests is also very popular!
