Rikyu's thick gyutan (beef tongue) is bursting with flavor. The outside is grilled crispy, the inside juicy, and every slice is cooked exactly to order. Please try our deliciously tender and flavorful gyutan. Right after we slice it, we apply salt to the meat and age it to create that unique flavor and tenderness. At Rikyu we do this all by hand. As a result, our meat is amazingly tender. One of the highlights of our restaurant is the grill. Our chefs explain the process and ingredients as they work, and we love having our customers take pictures of the grill in action. We are dedicated to making every experience an enjoyable one and all of our food is made with the utmost care. At Rikyu, we offer a variety of gyutan dishes as well as a full array of seasonal dishes. Our sashimi is also quite popular. It's good food, good drinks, and good times!
