He was born in Myanmar. After coming to Japan in 1995, he worked in a Japanese restaurant and learned about Japanese life and culture. In 2005, he worked as a head chef at a Japanese restaurant near Yoyogi Station. In 2011, he worked at a restaurant in Akasaka for about three years to study Italian cuisine. In 2018, he moved to a high-end Yakiniku restaurant in Ginza. Then, he also worked as head chef at a restaurant specializing in Kobe Beef. In 2022, he joined the Yakiniku Yamato Coredo Nihonbashi Branch, where he currently works.

Mr. Nakada was born in 1980 in Tokyo. When he was in his third year of junior high school, the head chef of a small restaurant his parents frequented showed him what working in the kitchen was like. At that time, he was so impressed that he asked to become an apprentice. He started his apprenticeship at a fine restaurant in Asakusa. His feelings deepened as he was exposed to the local cuisine of various regions, including Shizuoka and Fukushima. After returning to Tokyo, he honed his skills in the world of Kaiseki (tea-ceremony dishes) cuisine. In April 2020, he joined the Kagurazaka Oishinbo Main Branch. He is passionate about making the best theme of the ingredients that arrive directly from production sites every morning.

Specializing in sushi for more than 45 years. Mr. Igarashi puts his heart and soul into every single piece of sushi and treats guests with seasonal delicacies.

He was born in 1961 in Hokkaido. The chef of Sushi Miyako. When he was a child, he had many opportunities to hear about the deliciousness of Edo-mae sushi from his father, who had lived in Tokyo, and he aspired to become a sushi chef. After training in Sapporo, he moved to Tokyo and gained experience at a sushi restaurant in a hotel in Kojimachi. Later, he connected with Sushi Miyako in the Hyatt Regency Tokyo in Nishi-Shinjuku, where he has worked for about 30 years. In 2022, he inherited it and established the current restaurant on the basement floor of the Hilton Tokyo in the same area. He is presenting the culmination of his life as a sushi chef.

He was born in 1978. Entered high school, where he could obtain a cooking license. After honing his skills at a French restaurant, he further studied cooking at Ecole Tsuji Tokyo. Following graduation, he gained experience as a bartender and manager at an Italian restaurant in Kyobashi and a dining bar before joining the Yakiniku Shibaura group at 32. Having spent 10 years in the company, he has been involved in the current restaurant since its reopening and was appointed head chef. Changing the way of cutting the meat depending on the day's conditions, he offers new ways of eating each part of the meat and unique flavor combinations, which have been well received.

She was born in 1999 in Kanagawa. She says her turning point came when she reconsidered her thoughts on food following the coronavirus pandemic. "I want my father, who eats out a lot, to enjoy dishes that take care of his body." "I want to utilize the wonderful plates that my mother collected as a hobby." Through the period of self-restraint, she changed ways of thinking about food, which had been a part of her daily life without thinking about it. As she valued daily food, her passion for food in people's lives grew stronger. The reputation of the dishes shown on social networking sites also encouraged the launch of Yasuda Shokudo.

He was born in 1969. The head chef of Manjuen. Impressed by the authentic Chinese food in Hong Kong, he went on to eat all kinds of high-end Chinese food in Japan, then decided to become a professional chef, hoping to create beautiful and delicious food. He honed his skills for many years under the Hong Kong-born head chef at Manjuen at the Hotel Grand Palace in Kudanshita and later became the head chef there. After the hotel closed, he took over the restaurant's name and opened the current restaurant in Suidobashi in 2021. Since then, he has been presenting various delicacies with his matured technique and taste.

岡田賢一郎 Kenichiro Okada

Mr. Okada is the creator of numerous popular restaurants and a master chef of meat.

After graduating high school, he got a job at an electronics store. Still, he was grievously disappointed at how little lunch he was offered and resigned after three days. He returned to the yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) restaurant, where he had worked part-time during high school and entered the restaurant business. In 1993, he opened Chanto, a creative cuisine restaurant in Shinsaibashi. The restaurant grew dramatically and expanded to Yokohama in 1997. In 1998, he opened Ken's Dining in Nishi-Azabu and became the darling of the times. After that, he opened Innocent Carberry in Nishi-Azabu in 2015, and on February 14 of this year, he opened Okadamae.
