At arkua, you can enjoy a variety of playful dishes that combine traditional French culinary techniques with unique twists. One of the specialties is a dish where they carefully prepare "Ayu (sweet fish)," a fish that has been popular in Japan since ancient times. The restaurant wants guests to "relax and enjoy" as it serves seasonal appetizers as finger food that can be picked up with one hand.
