Interested in cooking since childhood, he began his culinary career in earnest at 18. He honed his skills in a wide range of Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine at a famous hotel in Onna Village. Utilizing his experience and knowledge, he offers Okinawan cuisine that locals love.
