Its greatest feature is the 100% Wagyu beef patty. The coarsely ground meat, which contains some tendon, provides an exquisite balance of flavor spreading as you bite into it and a satisfying texture. The key to the satisfying burgers is the cheddar cheese, sourced through an exclusive route, which goes well with the Wagyu beef.
