Mr. Otani is dedicated to Sagami. To be a bridge to connect the thoughts and feelings of long-established companies to the guests.
He was born in 1973 in Aichi and joined Sagami in his early 20s. He was responsible for cooking at various brands within the group, including a pork cutlet specialty restaurant, a self-ordering udon restaurant, and a restaurant business aimed at a younger clientele. He also has experience in sales and menu development and has supported Sagami staff from various perspectives. Currently, he belongs to Sagami Food, which is in charge of purchasing within the group. He serves as a bridge between customers and ingredients from various regions, including long-established foodstuffs served at Kuon-Yamato.
