Mr. Yoshizawa has been serving in Ginza for 50 years, using his experience in hospitality to provide the best possible service to customers.
He was born in 1950 in Saitama. After graduating from Hattori Nutrition College, he joined our restaurant and has worked there for 50 years since its establishment. He always remains grateful to customers and tries to provide the best service possible. As the person in charge, he welcomes guests with a smile, utilizing his experience in hospitality for well-known people and giving leadership to those who come after him. Guests from overseas can also enjoy the wonderful culture of Japan.
