With the skills and experience he honed at a long-established Edomae-zushi restaurant, he takes great care in his meticulous and thorough work. The Omakase course features side dishes and nigiri sushi. It includes simmered and grilled dishes using seasonal seafood and well-selected nigiri sushi, finishing with tamago-yaki (grilled egg) and sea eel paste for a blissful time.
