However, the third generation, Mr. Takayoshi Watanabe has transforme read mored the shop into a high-end restaurant since he succeeded it. Now are popular among gourmets from all over Japan. The key to the popularity are the ingredients; Mr. Watanabe made the best efforts to find high-quality ingredients and kept purchasing seafood from wholesalers and fisherman to obtain their trust. Now they can stock the highest-grade ingredients, such as huge Japanese Tiger Prawn, ark shell, long tooth grouper, and black abalone. Enjoy them in the Teruzushi way, such as using aged vinegar specially-created by a vinegar brewery in the area for the sushi rice.
