Their name [Minaho] comes from a shortened form of Minami Hokkaido (Southern Hokkaido). Their specialty is yakiniku BBQ of the new branded beef [Shinkin beef] which they purchase from Okamaya Naito farm of Kikonai-cho of southern Hokkaido. As they purchase Shinkin beef as a whole cow, which is so tasty that one would never get tired of it, they can serve with reasonable prices and also serve hard-to-get cuts. You never have to worry about the smell of smoke as they are equipped with the latest smokeless roasters.
