For even better taste, tendons and excess fat are quickly removed before serving. The "All-you-can-eat Japanese Black Course" (reservation required) is especially recommended, where you can enjoy the sweetness and flavor of Japanese Wagyu beef to your satisfaction. Special ingredients such as live lobster can be arranged upon prior consultation. 5 or more people can make a course reservation for daytime use.
