In this hideaway space with only nine counter seats, the owner, who has devoted himself to sushi, serves delicious nigiri and seasonal dishes in a chic manner. The restaurant's motto is "made-to-order," flexibly responding to guests' tastes and providing sushi that suits each individual with meticulous attention to detail. To enjoy the best of the restaurant, try the "omakase nigiri" for lunch, which features a variety of seasonal fish, and the "chef's omakase course," a combination of sushi and seasonal dishes, for dinner.
